Hyper class at the beginning clearly the students have a lot of respect for the teacher and understand there should only be one voice at a time. Let’s the students teach each other by bringing them up to the board and explaining how they know. 1 Chance and then give up the phone on the second chance

Gets back to the topic as soon as the subject changes. Questions the students regularly during the class. Heads down hands up - a game she used to make sure the students were all in understanding of what was going on.

Correcting the students work for homework at the start of the class running through what they should know and then questionings. Has a question they write into their copies and if they find her in the corridor and give her the correct answer they will get a reward on Friday.
